Christ, as our intercessor,
our advocated before God
pleading our case
our prayers before the Lord
what we ask
offered to God
In the chambers
of our hearts
Christ preparing
a house of prayer
Not in the brick and mortar
the temple of our lives instead
painted by his blood
in worship ever
raising our prayers to God
