The food of heaven
Christ alone
the bread of life
His life, his story
of love personified
drawing us to God
as we are fed
The word come to life
the manna rained down
his body and his blood
that was broken on the ground
In these we are fed
brought close to God
remembering of his servanthood
the wondrous grace of our Lord
