1. Celebrate the Month of August

August: not only named for Augustus Roman Emperor 63 B.C.-A.D. 14. It also celebrates such wonderful events as all 'Horses birthdays' (1st) , 4th is 'National Twins Day', 6th is 'Wiggle your Toes day" hard to beat perhaps but the 13th takes some beating as 'Blame Someone Else day' and one we can perhaps all relate to is 'Bad Poetry Day' on the 18th.**

Each poem in this collection has one thing in common - the month of August.
