(But) I really enjoy qualifying here at night. The car was pretty stout.

It's just disappointing. I'm pretty sure three out of Johnson's last four wins have come with the cars being illegal. I think the point should be driven home that if we have repeat offenders or a situation happens time and time again with a certain individual, something more should be done other than a suspension.

The bottom line is, for us, we don't have to do that. We can beat everybody else with our knowledge and intelligence. Doing what they did with their car, it was pretty archaically uneducated and just a poor choice of cheating.

Biffle has a ton of talent, ... He's obviously a very, very car-control style of driver. He likes to hang the car out, which is totally cool as long as you can control it. He's proven this year for sure that he can.

We definitely had a fast race car, and I'm just happy to be up front at the beginning (when two big wrecks took place). It was a track-position game for a long time there. You didn't have to worry about passing anybody. You could set your own pace.

Tony wasn't happy with the balance of his car at the end, ... His car was going away at the right time for me. It was going away faster than mine. But that's the best racing I've seen at this track.

This could still be the first opportunity for NASCAR to pull away a victory if the thing is illegal. It's disappointing. I think a lot of Jimmie Johnson and his talent, but I'm pretty sure at least three of his last four wins have had conflictions with the cars being illegal. You know, it's not necessarily good for the sport.

Some drivers know what's going on with the car as far as what the crew chief's initiatives are. If there's not going to be a team that travels with NASCAR, then there needs to be better communication with the teams that are at the specific racetracks. That's all I'm saying.
